How to Enter:
No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. Entry form must be complete for entry to be valid. All entries will become the property of Taggies, Inc. and will not be returned. Taggies, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmission or any human error that my occur in the receipt or processing on online entries.

Mail- in entry:
All entries should include:

• Parent/Legal Guardian’s name, address, telephone number, email address (if available.)
• The “I LOVE MY TAGGIES BECAUSE…” entry (described below in Entry Requirements) or go to www.taggies.com to print out a form.
• A photo of your child with their Taggies product.  Details below in Entry Requirements.
• The signed Parental/Legal Guardian’s Consent Waiver.  See below for Waiver.

Entry Period:
Monthly Feature Story:  Commences on February 9, 2009 at 12 Noon EST.  Last entry will be accepted on November 1, 2009 at 12 Noon EST. 
Grand Prize Drawing:  All Monthly Feature Entry Forms received by August 1st, 2009 at 12 noon EST will be eligible for the drawing.

Entry Requirements:

In 100 words or less, please have your child finish this sentence, “I LOVE MY TAGGIES BECAUSE…”.  Adults may help the little ones! 

Parent/legal guardian – Please answer the following:

• How long has your child owned a Taggies product?
• What Taggies products do you own?  Please list all.
• How old are you and your child?
• In 200 words or less, describe how Taggies products have comforted or helped you/your child.  Give at least one specific example.
• Send in one (1) photograph of your child with their Taggies product.  4” x 6” print photo or online submission – hi-resolution pdf or jpg. Modified, enhanced or altered photos will not be accepted.  Obscene, provocative or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered, and such determination is solely at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes

• Entry Rewards:  First twenty-five (25) entries receive a $50.00 Taggies gift certificate to be used for purchases on www.taggies.com. (Gift certificates are not redeemable at retail stores where Taggies products are sold.)
• Monthly Feature Story:  Eleven (11) chosen entries will receive $110.00 in Taggies Decade Dollars*!  Payment to be issued within thirty (30) days of story being posted online. Check awarded to the parent/legal guardian over the age of 18.
• Grand Prize Drawing – One (1) Entry form will be randomly drawn and winner will receive $1,010 in Taggies Decade Dollars*!  Submission will be randomly drawn on the anniversary of Taggies inception, November 1st, 2009.  Payment to be issued by December 1st, 2009. Check awarded to the parent/legal guardian over the age of 18.
  

Notification of Winners
All potential winners will be notified by email or phone.  Failure to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification will deem the potential winner to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen. Winners will be posted on taggies.com.

Other
One entry per person.  Winners will be selected in a random drawing for all eligible entries received.  Eligibility determined by Taggies, Inc. Odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.  The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and who are 18 years of age or older or the age of legal majority in their state of residence as of date of entry.  Taggies, Inc. employees and immediate family and its licensees, attorneys and other representatives and the person with whom each of the above are domiciled are excluded and cannot participate in the Sweepstakes.  All United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Parental/Legal Guardian Waiver:  I give permission for my child to participate in the “I LOVE MY TAGGIES BECAUSE…” Sweepstakes and consent to the foregoing terms and conditions on behalf of my child and myself.  I also agree that if my child wins, I hereby release and grant Taggies, Inc.  the exclusive right to use my/child’s entry submission and my child’s photograph and likeness, unlimited times, in any media, to promote, advertise and sell any TAGGIES™ products.
