I am the Mom of a 7 1/2 month old boy.  When he was born we received a "taggie".  This taggie has been our son's favorite since he was a month old.  We do not leave the house without one.  He loved to play with the tags and snuggle with his taggie.  We have expanded our love to the plush ball, teether frog, books and apparel.  My husband and i want to thank you for such fabulous products.  I tell all my friends about your products, I can only hope they will check them out and enjoy them as much as we do.  We will be customers for a long time!

I wanted to let you know how much my daughter lover her Little TAGGIES™ in the "hugs" pattern. She received it as a Christmas gift when she was two months old. She is now almost 14 months old, and Taggies is a life-saver! She only sucks her thumb to soothe herself to sleep, and as far as she knows, she can only suck her thumb if she's holding Taggies! When I hand Taggies to her, her face lights up with a huge smile, she grabs Taggies, and buries her face in it with a sigh of happiness. I am now pregnant with my second baby, and as soon as I know the sex, I will order a Little TAGGIES™ for him or her. I will also order a Crib TAGGIES™ and Pillow TAGGIES™ in "hugs" when my daughter moves out of her crib to make room for the new baby. I'm sure a Taggies pillow and a Taggies the size of her new toddler bed in the familiar pattern will be just what she needs to help her transition to her new bed!

By they way, I have a Ph.D. in child development and when I had my first child a year and a half ago, I went looking for a safe, washable self-soothing object for my daughter to have when she went to sleep. Her Taggies has been absolutely perfect for that! No matter where we put her to sleep now whether it is at home or in a new place, the Taggies brings her comfort and makes her feel safe. And she just loves it! Her little face lights up when I give her the Taggies at bedtime. Plus it helps her get back to sleep in the middle of the night when she wakes up. When she first went into daycare at 19 months, I bought her a new Taggies with her name on it and it definitely helped with her transition there as well at naptimes.

Your product is FABULOUS! My two and a half year old daughter had the
"Taggies" first. Now my 1 year old son has the "Taggies" and loves it
even more. He will turn and turn the "Taggies" until he finds his
favorite one and then rubs it under his nose and sniffs it over and
over. It is hysterical! This is the baby gift that I will be getting
for every one of my friends! One recent weekend, we "lost" the
"Taggies" for over 24 hours. My son was lost, like he lost his best
little friend. It was so sad; luckily, it resurfaced. It has been

I have bought Taggies for friends before and didn't notice your random acts of kindness section of your website.  I was on today purchasing a Taggies for my son (born 12 weeks prematurely) who is in a local NICU.  My confirmation talked about a "random act of kindness"...so I looked around for it.  I then saw the Linus Project on the list...my son Max was lucky enough to get a hand made blanket "hug" from a volunteer through them. My 22 month old son loves his Taggies! I have waited 3 years to send this so I could really make experienced comments. I gave my 3.5 YO daughter, Emily, her first Taggies when she was 6 months old. It has not left her side since then. Her Taggies is her best friend and confidant. She plays with it when she is happy and it soothes her when she is sad or tired. It is truly a remarkable item. I have to ask if anyone has any insight to a "habit" of Emily's. Every so often I have to buy new Taggies because since day one she has taken to one specific tag. When I buy a new Taggies I have to make sure this specific tag is on it or she will not use it . Strange? Maybe not but definitely amusing!!!!! Our local dealer makes sure she keeps a Taggies on hand with the "right" Taggies.

I must say that the development of that product was sheer genius.  It is almost universal that children go for those tags, or "silkies" as my daughter, now 6, calls them....The day after receiving the mailing, I stopped by my neighbor's house and what did I see but a Taggies bunched up on her couch.  I couldn't believe it....especially since we live in a very rurally isolated area of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  That amazed me...so the product has reached the furthest stretches of the earth...

My 7 month old daughter, Avery, just loves her Taggies! She has two other Taggies and just three weeks ago, I bought her the Little TAGGIES™-she can't get enough of it.  We went out shopping today and I forgot it at home. That was a mistake!  She found the tag on her bib but it wasn't the same. Avery loves playing with the loops of the tags, and sucking on them. When it's time for her nap, I cradle her and put the Taggies in her arms. She falls asleep with it either in her mouth or she's clutching it.  She loves it so much, I just ordered the complete bedding set!  The cost is high but her happiness is priceless.  I had my "blankie" when I was young and it was well loved.  I know my daughter will do the same with her Taggies.

My Son received his Taggies when he was about 6 months old and has not put it down since (he is 20 months now). It was the greatest gift ever given to him. He was obsessed with Tags on clothes, stuffed animals and blankets, if it had a tag he found it. He could only fall asleep if he had a tag to hold. About a month ago I noticed my 10 month old son started becoming more interested in the tags on his stuffed animals and toys than the toys themselves. I just wanted to let you know how much my 14 month old daughter loves her Taggies. It is her bed time pal and helps her feel better when she is upset. It has gotten to the point now that it is hard for me to get it from her to wash it. That is why I am going to order another one for her.

Recently I ordered one for the daughter of a lady I work with. Her daughter is due with their first grandchild in November. I guess it was the hit of the shower. I just feel that every baby should have a Taggies of their own. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

My son received his Taggies as a gift, when he was 9 months old.  On this day we were going home.  This was our son's second time on a plane.  We were delayed in the airport and he napped off and on with the Taggies.  When we got home at 2 am he thought it was time to play.  The only thing that helped him relax and fall asleep was his Taggies. From that night on he has not slept without it.  He cannot fall asleep without it.  It is the sweetest thing.  He snuggles with it and just drifts off. 

I think this is truly the best gift he received. It is such a wonderful idea.  My husband and I think it is excellent.  We have told all of our friends about it.  It is even My number one choice for a baby gift!

I just wanted to send you a quick followup to tell you how successful the "Taggies Program" has been at Duke Children's. We were having a terrible time with one little boy who is 2 years old and is getting ready to spend his second consecutive Christmas at Duke. He has a very rare and life-threatening disease that is similar to the "Boy in the Plastic Bubble" movie. He cannot come out of his room at all for risk of infection. As you can imagine the little boy was getting pretty stir crazy. He was grabbing at his IV poles and tubing and the staff had to place a sheet over everything so that he wouldn't pull his lines out. We gave him a Taggies and he adores it. He now plays with it rather than his lines.

On another note....we have a tiny little girl who is in for a bone marrow transplant. We have a Taggies as a back up for her beloved blanket. She has since tossed her regular blanket and now spends all of her time playing with or sucking on the Taggies.Thanks so much for everything you have done for us

Our 10 month old son, Ryan, has loved the tags on his toys.  This fascinated us because we have never seen another child do this before.  We just had to bring him to the emergency room and in my rush I forgot to grab any of his "tag toys".  We used his pajama sleeper in emergency to keep him satisfied.  He was admitted to the hospital for a two day stay and we decided to go to the gift shop to find him a toy with a tag to comfort him.  I was so shocked to see "Taggies".  I'm very paranoid about putting a blanket to bed with him and was so thrilled to see the Take-A-Long TAGGIES™.  It is absolutely PERFECT!  It's the perfect size for him to hold and he liked to make "music" by running the plastic teething clip along the metal crib rails.  It gave us such a wonderful feeling to see the comfort he felt when we handed it to him.  He instantly grabbed the tags and stuck his thumb in his mouth.  It really was a blessing to find it at a time that he needed so much comfort and security.  I will never forget how at ease he looked when he would hold his Taggies as we paced the halls.  I truly believe that it helped him relax.  Thank you for making such a wonderful friend for our special little boy.  It helped us all through a difficult time.

I received two Little TAGGIES™ as a gift for my twin daughters born this year... It turns out that one of my daughters, Olivia has been quite ill and until a month ago had spent most of her life in the hospital. The Little TAGGIES™ accompanied us throughout our adventures - in ambulances, intensive care, and as far as allowed into the operating room. Until recently it served to cover her and keep her warm in chilly hospitals, but I'm happy to report that it is no longer an ample cover for her since she is finally growing!!

One of Olivia's surgeries involved putting a tube into her stomach to feed her and she has been allowed nothing by mouth since August. Her Little TAGGIES™ has become an important part of her speech and physical therapy. Much of this therapy is aimed at desensitizing her mouth to different textures since she doesn't eat by mouth (but soon will). She is encouraged to put things in her mouth and the Little TAGGIES™ works beautifully for that purpose. Not to worry, it gets washed a lot and comes through beautifully every time! It has been a great help to us and may be to many people to come as the therapists are very intrigued by it. Thank you so much for your amazing creativity. It has benefitted our family tremendously.

My 6 1/2 month old has loved his Taggies blankie so much since he was able to use his hands around 3 months.  I had gotten the gift for my baby shower and nobody had seen such a thing.  They all thought it was a really neat idea.  I had to get another one just in case my son misplaces his Taggies.  I wouldn't want to know how he'd be without his Taggies.  Thanks for the great invention!

This is why I love Taggies:
For a long time I had something that I called Taggies.  They are my favorite thing to sleep with.  One day my Aunt and I were shopping at Geppetto's in San Diego, CA and we saw a  basket filled with Taggies!  I couldn't believe my eyes!  They were actually selling my favorite thing.  Of course we bought some.  Now I take them wherever I go.  I love my new Taggies.  Thank you for making these wonderful Taggies.  And that's why I love Taggies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
