1). Are TAGGIES™ products safe?
Yes! All Taggies items have been completely safety tested and meet
or exceed all applicable safety standards as set forth by the
regulatory bodies in the United States, Canada, Australia, New
Zealand and in the parts of Europe and other countries where

2). What age is Taggies appropriate for?
Please see each product description for recommended ages. Most
Taggies items are appropriate for newborn and up!
3). How long does it take to get my order?

4). If I pay extra for overnight shipping will I receive
my order the next day?

5). Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Absolutely. However, these orders need to be called in to our Customer
Service Dept at: 877-482-4443, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
EST.
If you are unable to call during these hours, leave a message
and one of our Customer Service Representatives will call you back.
6). Can I ship a Taggies to a military address?
Absolutely!
7). Why do you need my email address?
Will I be added to a mailing list?
Taggies, Inc. utilizes your email address to confirm your order
and to send you special Taggies information and offers. As with
all other information that you provide us, your email address is
kept confidential and is not disclosed to others. If you would
prefer not to receive Taggies special offers and promotions, there
is a checkbox on the registration page.
8). Which pattern should I choose?
All of our carefully selected and copyrighted boy, girl and neutral
prints sell equally as well. It is really a personal decision.
9). Can I choose the tags on the item?
No, there is no need to choose the tags. All of our items come
with an assortment of playful and fun tags that are different
colors and textures.
10). May I choose the thread color for the personalization?
No, we have carefully chosen coordinating thread colors for each
pattern. They are shown on our personalization section.
11). May I have an extra line of personalization
if I pay extra?
No, personalization consists of two lines. Each line consists of
a maximum of 10 characters per line.
12). May I choose a different color back for the Taggies
than what is listed on the website?
No, each print has a chosen complimentary color on the back of
the items. Please refer to each item for the description of the
color back.
13). How do I wash these?
Please refer to the packaging for suggested washing instructions
or to our Helpful and Fun Tips.
14). Where are they produced?
All Taggies products are conceived, designed and safety tested
overseas and in the United States. While a number of our
items are produced in the USA, we globally resource many of our
materials and production to bring the best quality and best value
to market. Taggies insists on top quality design and top
quality production - no exceptions!
15). Is www.taggies.com a secure site? Is it safe to enter
my credit card information?
Yes! Taggies has a Thawte Certificate which verifies that
the information processed on our site is safe and secure. When
adding an item to your cart, just before you proceed with the checkout,
double click the lock icon on the bottom of the page to view certificate
information. This confirms the security of the site.

accepts three major credits cards: American Express, MasterCard
