BY BABIES. MADE BY MOMS., GOODNIGHT STAR, RIBBENZ, TAGGIE, TAGGIES,
TAGGIES (plus design), and WRISTIES. Unauthorized use of these
marks or confusingly similar marks may constitute trademark infringement.
Copyrights:
All TAGGIES branded product designs, fabrics, and tags are copyrighted
designs. These copyrights are owned exclusively by TAGGIES.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials may constitute
copyright infringement.
Patents:
Taggies owns U.S. Utility Patent RE38782. For more information,
contact the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office at http://www.uspto.gov/.
The manufacture, use, offer of sale, or sale of a patented invention
constitutes patent infringement.
6. Ownership of web site contents
Taggies is the exclusive owner or authorized licensee of all materials
posted on the Web Site, including all information, content, data,
images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and text including
the intellectual property rights such as patent, copyrights and
